Expertise includes automation solutions such as Zapier integrations, workflow optimization, and email streaming to improve efficiency. Image enhancement and stock image supply, including AI-generated visuals through platforms like MidJourney and Adobe Firefly (I had so much fun generating all the pictures on this page). Additionally, I can provide robust scheduling tools for social media and email/SMS communications to ensure timely and effective engagement. Along with monthly website maintenance services to keep your site running smoothly and securely.

The fine print
Terms of Service: Rich-Media provides a comprehensive range of services. The standard hourly rate is $100 AUD (excluding GST), with a minimum charge of $50 AUD (excluding GST) – 30 minute blocks. Scope of Work: All projects are meticulously estimated and approved by the client before commencement. This estimate typically encompasses one round of minor revisions. Any additional revisions or work requested beyond the initial scope will be billed in 30-minute increments at the standard rate. Payments: Invoices are issued through monthly, unless specified, and payments are due within 21 days of receipt. A late fee will be applied to overdue payments. Responsibilities: To ensure project timelines are adhered to, you are expected to provide prompt feedback. This collaboration is crucial for the smooth progression of the project. Ownership and Confidentiality: On project completion and full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to you. Rich-Media retains the right to feature the completed work in our portfolio, unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is in place. Both parties are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding all project-related information. Termination Clause: Either party may terminate the agreement under specified conditions, with appropriate notice. Any work completed up to the point of termination will be billed accordingly.
